With the Building Link app you will be able to do the following:

• Leave instructions with the front desk:

    • Restrict or limit access to an individual

• File repair requests:
  • • Common areas
    • Doors & Locks
    • Electrical
    • Elevators
    • Exterminator

    • Heating Help

  • Windows
• Track your packages:
  • • Receive an email/alert when your package has arrived
    • The Bulletin Board allows you to post notices for neighbors to see
    • Let people know you have items for sale or ready to give away
    • List help needed/ or offer
    • Look for apartments that are listed for sale or for rent
    • Profiles can be made private
• If you have not received your welcome email to Building Link or have any questions, please contact  the Board!
• All repair and maintenance requests must go through Building Link

As many of you know Jimmy retired at the beginning of the month.  We are eager to announce our new Super soon. In the meantime, if you have any issues (especially any outstanding problems pertaining to the new windows) please fill out a work request form online or pick up a physical form at the front desk.   

The back garden is open and ready for you to enjoy!  Hours of operation are from 9am-9pm. Please keep in mind that the garden is to be used to enjoy passive entertainment and smoking of any kind is prohibited. For a list of rules and regulations please see the building’s blog . If  you are in need of the grill tools, please contact the board.

On May 5th, our Friends of the End will be gathering from 12-2pm at east 17th and Albemarle to cleanup trash and plant new flowers. If you have your own gardening tools, please bring them with. All are welcome.

We are pleased to announce that we will soon be able to offer electronic recycling. The following can be recycled: TVs, monitors, computers, laptops, printers & scanners, fax machines, keyboards, mice, VCR, DVR and DVD players, small servers, hard drives, satellite boxes, tablets & e-readers, mobile phones, MP3 players and video game consoles. Gather your items and stay tuned for the official start date.
